Week 4/Micki
This ring is from Dianne’s Prong Illusion Bead Ring tutorial. I love the way it feels. It is so light to wear and the look is danty. It is in Sterling and the bead is jade. I am late because of my darn computer. The ring was finished in time though. ;]
Week 5 – Garnets and Pearls Pendant
Thanks for the tute Eni!
I used different sizes of Almandine Garnets and natural blush, fresh water pearls. 18 and 26 gauges of sterling silver. The garnet bail is in the round, with no ends to poke out and scratch skin or pull on fabric. The necklace is a bit too busy for my tastes, I like creating cleaner, flowing lines. -Nancy
Week 4 – Lemon Chrysoprase Pendant
A 12mm Lemon Chrysoprase bead, Chrysoprase rondale and 18, 24 gauge sterling silver. I wished I had taken a photo without the front dangle, but I no longer have the necklace. I oxidized the silver because it really brings out the lemon color of the bead.
I still don’t know if I like the front dangle, everyone I asked liked the necklace with it.

Wire Mesh Flower
I looked at a zillion fairy related web sites and waited for inspiration but none came. I didn’t have enough of the silver wire mesh (WireLace) to make as many petals as I would have liked so I filled in with some beads and a giant button.

Faerie wings…
Ok, this is officially the piece that kicked my butt, in every way! I swear I have a dozen components that were either dumped half way through, or finished and not used! Frustrating. I changed the design, the beads, the wire work at least twenty times… And now, my photos are not exactly great either… been doing my best to get some good quality photos, and then edit them so they can go on my site, but having troubles with that! ARG!
SO, purple chalcedony rectangle focal beads. Two of them have a triskele design (not perfect, I KNOW). When I thought of faeries, I immediately went to celtic lore on this one! The center focal has a 3D set of wings… The back one is heavy gage wire(18 or 16), while the front is a double spiral in lighter (20g) gage. It has FAERIE written down the right side as well… The accent beads are amazonite rectangles and rondelles, with crazy purple agate rounds…. This was a toughie ladies… Not perfect but as good as I could get it without being commited!
Connie Fox Bangle
Sorry, Im 3 days late, having a dreadful time with computer and TRL order and and and lol. This one has nothing to do with fairies but is what I have been doing. Connie Fox bangle in copper. I really enjoyed making this as it is nothing like what I usually do. Waiting on LOS to antique it and it should look even better. Now for some Sterling. Thanks Connie.
Well it has wings
I just started recently expirementing with PMC. Such an amazing material who thought clay could be silver. Well anywho, it is a deisgn a stamped, shaped, and oxidized. But I am still very tired from my trip to Tucson so enough chatting here. To see photos from my Tucson trip check out my website. www.lefthandoriginals.com
Julian Sunset
The mountains are forested thickly with California oaks, and the sun sinks softly into their mossy haze. This is the view i see inside this lovely Ruby Zoistite oval pendant bead. I wrapped it with a simple strand of 22 ga. sterling with a floral flourish on top and a "ruby ab" swarovski bicone dangle. The necklace is done in herringbone stitch with more swarovski inserts. The seedbeaded sides are captured with sterling links that i made out of 20 ga. sterling, which attach to the sterling chain. Thanks so much for viewing!

Black Coffee
It’s late, but isn’t "late" when you most need some "black coffee"? Named for the Swarovski "coffee bean" beads, it’s a wrapped-loop chain of sterling, onyx, and Swarovski beads on sterling wire. I love the clear and black swarovski bead in the pendant. Thanks for looking!

Faerie Heart Sheila
I’m late and way behind on everything. Just a freeform pendant in copper with a little polymer clay heart. Kinda looks like faerie wings (I know about these things because I have them right here on my back). Also included another ho-hum picture.
